Mama Reset Hybrid Online + In Person: Postpartum Fitness Program
In partnership with Essential Physiotherapy & Wellness, the ‘Mama Reset’ program supports women in their first year postpartum. It helps retrain your core, ease you back into fitness safely, and build strength from within. Ideal for women experiencing core dysfunctions like back pain, incontinence, or those seeking overall fitness improvement.
Program Benefits
Ease into Fitness with Confidence: Are you a new mom who is 6 weeks to 12 months postpartum and eager to regain your strength and well-being after childbirth? The Mama Reset Postpartum Program is tailor-made for you! This comprehensive program is specifically designed to address the unique needs of postpartum women, focusing on core retraining, preventing and fixing common postpartum core dysfunctions, and incorporating essential stretching and releasing techniques.
Find Your Core Strength & Confidence: Includes two pelvic floor physio assessments for a more personalized approach to your postpartum healing. *Program can be partially covered by insurance.
Week 1-4
- Learn how your core functions daily.
- Create body awareness.
- Master Core Confidence Breath and Kegel exercises.
- Progressive core exercises to build strength.
- Prevent and repair core dysfunctions like diastasis recti, prolapse, back pain, and incontinence.
Week 4-8
- Three 30-35 minute workouts weekly.
- Progress core training with upper and lower body exercises.
- Train for movement and improved stability.
- Continue strengthening your core and body.
Week 8-12
- Fitness with Baby in Studio (1 month +*)
- In-Studio Classes: Participate in our engaging Fitness with Baby classes.
- Guided Coaching: Receive continued support and coaching.
- Fitness for Moms: Enjoy a unique opportunity to work on your fitness while bonding with your baby in a fun and dynamic setting.
