This online program focuses on retraining your core to regain optimal strength. It’s ideal for women experiencing back pain, mommy tummy, incontinence, prolapse, or those simply seeking a stronger core from within.

Program Benefits

Find Your Core Strength & Confidence: Includes three pelvic floor assessments throughout the program.

Week 1-4

  • Learn how your core functions daily.
  • Create body awareness.
  • Master Core Confidence Breath and Kegel exercises.
  • Progressive core exercises to build strength.
  • Prevent and repair core dysfunctions like diastasis recti, prolapse, back pain, and incontinence.

Week 4-8

  • Three 30-35 minute workouts weekly.
  • Progress core training with upper and lower body exercises.
  • Train for movement and improved stability.
  • Continue strengthening your core and body.

Week 8-12

  • Challenge yourself with full-body movements and low-impact cardio.
  • Use core breath during cardio exercises.
  • Incorporate advanced moves to enhance core connection.
