I’m Krystal Schouten, Your Pelvic Floor Fitness Specialist and creator of Fitness Reset — and I’ve spent the last 7+ years helping women build strong foundational cores, fix their leaking, and move without pain.
I work alongside pelvic floor physiotherapists and have been a guest speaker at dozens of women’s health events. I’m also the host of Potty Talk — a podcast where we bust the myths and break the stigma around pelvic floor health.
