WEEK 1 - 4
Learn how your core functions day to day.
Create Body Awareness.
Learn the Core Confidence Core Breath and how to properly perform a Kegel
Progressive Core exercises
Build Core strength
Prevent and repair core dysfunctions like diastasis recti, prolapse, back pain and incontinence.
WEEK 4-8
3x 30-35-minute workouts a week.
Progress to the next step of core training.
Incorporate upper and lower body exercises with Core Breath
Train for movement and improved stability
Continue to strengthen your core and body
Week 8-12
Now that you have learned the core foundations, continue to strengthen the core and challenge yourself with full body movements and low impact cardio.
Cardio – how to use core breath when doing low impact cardio.
New more advanced moves – step up your core connection.
